I’m the person behind aethra.

I have always been drawn to what lies beneath the surface. To the kind of questions that open spaces rather than close them. To the cosmos above us and the quit vastness we carry within.

I am multipassionate by nature: curious, devoted, continuously learning. My path has never been about choosing a single direction. It has always been about following what feels alive, weaving the threads together, and allowing different languages to speak to one another.

My relationship with soma began through dance. I grew up in a small village in Thuringia, where movement became my first language. Ballet, jazz, traditional folk and intuitive dance were part of my early education and shaped how I understand rhythm, expression and discipline. For over a decade, I was immersed in dance - in studios as well as on theatre and cultural stages. Those years formed a deep, lived connection to my body that continues to inform how I work with movement and feminine embodiment today.

Alongside that, music and sound have always been part of my inner landscape and shape how I create and hold space. Sound is a living element in my work. I use it intentionally, curating immersive journeys guided by intuition and attentive listening.

My fascination with myth and storytelling began early. Greek mythology, fairy tales, and poems shaped my imagination long before I encountered them in a structured way.

I studied psychological and traditional astrology with a teacher who was 80 years old when I began. She led her own school and had been teaching for decades. Over three years of close study, she became one of my mentors. Learning from her connected me to a long-standing tradition of working with natural cycles and symbolism - knowledge that has shaped cultures across time. Working with her did not only teach me techniques, it expanded my foundational understanding of natural cycles, meaning and life itself.

Astrology today is often reduced to fragments and simplified narratives. My training shaped a different relationship to it, one that honors its complexity, its language and the responsibility that comes with practicing it. Being among her last students was both a privilege and an honor.

Coaching became another layer in my development. My first long-term coaching training demanded sustained self-inquiry and personal process. It expanded my awareness and shaped the way I understand growth and responsibility when working with others. This experience forms a steady base for the work I offer today.

Breathwork later brought me into international training spaces. I studied with teachers and wisdom keepers from different cultural backgrounds and trained in trauma-sensitive containers, working closely with the nervous system and embodied process. Practicing in diverse groups across countries refined my sensitivity to how different bodies remember and respond, deepening on biography, culture and system.

For fourteen years, I studied and worked within the German tax administration, while also pursuing law alongside my position. During that time, I gained deep insight into corporate structures and economic realities across industries.

I chose to leave that world and follow a direction that felt more honest and aligned with who I was becoming. Work rooted in creativity, psychological inquiry and embodied transformation. Stepping into self-employment meant building something from the ground up. It required persistence, resilience and trust in my own direction. Choosing a different path reshaped my life. It deepened my understanding of transition and the courage it takes to redefine yourself.

Since then, my work continues to evolve, shaped by curiosity, lived experience and an ongoing devotion to embodied and conscious creation. I walk alongside many people in different seasons of their lives, in one-to-one work, in readings, and in my beloved breathwork sessions. Listening to the stories they carry, witnessing their courage, their tenderness, their becoming.

Creating spaces with intention, to gather and in ritual is one of my love languages. It´s what makes us human. To create. Our surroundings and our reality.

My approach is trauma-informed and relational. I meet people where they are: in the body, in the nervous system, in lived experience and in the systems that shape their lives. I don´t separate body from mind or personal process from cultural context.
